How much will it cost?
Privately funded clients;

- 90 minutes (EMDR process session) is charged at £105
The initial ‘taster session’ of 40/50 minutes is charged at £50: Ellen encourages clients to check first whether they feel they can work with her, as she realises the importance of the therapeutic relationship to ‘making therapies work’.
If your employer or insurance pays;
- 60 minutes (standard) session is charged at £120
- 90 minutes (EMDR process session) is charged at £180
- Reports are charged at £200
Will I need weeks, months or years of therapy?
The lengths of the therapy you require depends on the challenges you are facing. Typically, childhood trauma requires longer term work than adult trauma – especially when you haven’t been fortunate enough to have a ‘good enough’ start in your life.
While there is no way of accurately predicting lengths of therapy at the outset, Ellen might be able to give you a rough ‘guesstimate’ of sessions required, based on your taster session and the subsequent formulation-building / assessment phase of therapy.
How do I contact Ellen?
The easiest way to contact Ellen is by email: email@example.com. Alternatively you can call her on 07951570858 and leave a message on her answerphone. There might be times when Ellen is unable to get back to you straight away due to her other work commitments, but if you leave your name and number with a short message of when best to call you back, she will try to get back to you as soon as possible.
