Anxiety is a feeling of unease, such as worry or fear, that can be mild or severe.

Whilst everyone experiences anxiety at some point in their life, persistent feelings of anxiety, or severe anxiety with panic attacks,  usually indicated that something needs to change in your life.  This change could be your own negative thoughts (which could be explored, challenged and -if you wish so- changed), that you have learned over the years, or indeed might require a lifestyle or relationship change that would allow you to get more out of life and living.

Ellen has extensive experiences of working with anxiety, panic, OCD and other manifestations of anxiety.
